Available for virtually all building, community and home project types, LEED provides a framework to create healthy, highly efficient and cost-saving green buildings. LEED certification is a globally recognized symbol of sustainability achievement.

How do we boost your performance while saving the environment?

  • We use triple glazing panes on our façade to keep the indoor environment as stable as pos-sible.
  • We only use LED lights throughout the whole building in order to save electricity. Moreover, all lights in general areas are equipped with motion sensors. LED lights allow to save three times more energy and keep the light pollution as low as possible.
  • For the convenience of people and for saving up to 50% of water, electronic mixers are used in all bathrooms.


The Building Automation and Control System (BACS) ensures economical and operative man-agement of heating, ventilation and air conditioning of the building.


  • Heating is solved with convectors and radiators that are connected to the district heating network.


  • Cooling of office spaces is solved by the pre-chill ventilation air supply and fan-coil units.
  • The temperature of the office spaces can be adjusted individually in each room and area.
  • Automatics make sure that heating and cooling will not occur simultaneously.


  • The cooling system can be set to match your office hours, so the energy consumption will be minimal at other times.
  • Meeting rooms and public areas are equipped with smart CO 2 sensors that enable addi-tional air supply when needed.
  • The air supply in office spaces starts from the minimum of 2l/s m2.
